Supporting Paws of War

At Competition Subaru, we’re proud to support Paws of War, a Nesconset-based nonprofit dedicated to making a difference for pets and wildlife in need. Their latest mission has taken them to Los Angeles, where their team is working tirelessly to help animals affected by the ongoing fires.

Paws of War is setting up feeding stations for cats and dogs in affected areas, ensuring they have access to food and water. They’re also supplying pet oxygen masks to local fire departments and partnering with other organizations to rescue animals in danger. To help reunite pets with their families, Paws of War has created a missing animal hotline and established foster care networks for displaced animals.

In addition to emergency aid, Paws of War is arranging transportation for animals from overcrowded shelters and coordinating resources to keep them safe and cared for. Their efforts have already saved countless lives and brought comfort to families in need.

Beyond disaster relief, Paws of War also focuses on supporting veterans by providing service animals, veterinary care, and resources that strengthen the bond between people and their pets.
