Diego was great to work with when buying a new car. Most people dread to go to a car dealership with an annoying salesman following you around. I would go to dealership lots before they opened to avoid pushy sales people.. After looking around and doing my research off I went to Subaru of Smithtown. Glad I did. Met with Diego and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. He listened to my needs and directed me to models he felt I would be interested in. Never tried to push me into anything. He took the time to describe the features of each model. So, I did purchase a Crosstrek. Diego was more than willing to spend time with me describing each and every feature of the car. I even went back the next day for him to explain again. I'm not good at electronics. I was met with a smile and willingness to take the time for me. Very pleasant throughout the whole car buying experience. I think I found a friend at Subaru! Thank you, Diego!
