Recent car buying experience at Competition Subaru was great. Everyone there was experienced & professional with no pressure to just push out & move around some stale inventory. Zaak knew which models & trims I was interested in & made it happen. Was able to intercept an in-transit vehicle and get a trailer hitch installed by Subaru in Boston with no labor cost. The streamlined & seamless in-house processing of insurance paperwork & transitioning the DMV registration & plates from my old vehicle (that was totalled & left in Virginia) was the finishing touch on an overall great car buying experience.
