Subaru Loves The Earth, You Should Too!

Our beautiful planet is a masterpiece in its own right. We should all care about taking care and cleaning up a place we all call home. We can do so much to help! Recycling, using sustainable products, planting in nature are only the beginning.

Subaru works hard to reduce waste and minimize the carbon footprint left with materials being used. While these are great steps forward, we also preserve natural spaces which leads us to.. we are proud to announce our partnership with One Tree Planted! One Tree Planted is a nonprofit organization on a mission to make saving the planet one step easier by planting more trees in our environment. Subaru has decided that with every new car purchased we donate a tree to the land.

Helping the earth can now be as simple as donating a dollar!

This organization’s main goal is to globally reforest. Their goal is to simplify the process of helping the environment by planting trees themselves. They understand life can become busy and hard to find time between responsibilities, family, work and life happens, but with just one dollar you are donating a plant back into nature. Not only are you donating to a created cause but we are investing in ourselves and the lives of our future generations. We as humans reap so many of the benefits of nature. All the trees you walk alongside in Nissequogue River State Park provide us oxygen to breathe, growing the products out of the ground for our consumption and the flowers you pick from Cold Spring Harbor to give to your mom on mother’s day.

The organization has been able to more than double the amount of trees planted each year. They work with partners in over 43 countries in places like North America, Latin America, Africa and Europe. They reported that over 40,000,000 trees have been planted across the globe since 2014. One Tree Planted was able to more than double their impact from 2020, in 2021.
