Subaru Awarded 2022 Best Reputation in the US Mass-Market for Auto Brands by Reputation!
Competition Subaru is excited to announce the results of the 2022 Automotive Reputation Report from Reputation. For the year of 2022, Subaru has won the Best Reputation in the US Mass-Market for Auto Brands! This victory is an honor! This achievement is especially sweet as Subaru received runner-up for this award in 2021. We are so honored and excited for Subaru to take home the top spot this year!
Reputation is an online reputation management website that analyzes various customer experiences from various platforms. Reputation is the only platform that manages consumer feedback from the acquisition of the vehicle to loyalty, covering every step of the way to ensure a thorough synopsis of experience. After this analysis, Reputation can conclude the level of overall success for both automotive brands and dealerships.
Reputation utilizes three categories:
- Sentiment
- Visibility
- Engagement
These three genres section off into:
- Customer Reviews (more than 5 million)
- Buyer Surveys
- Average Star Review Volume
- Tweets
- Facebook posts
- Comments throughout social channels
Sentiment can be positively impacted by the professionalism of customer service during the Sales Process and for the overall atmosphere of the dealership and its employees. Sentiment is described as “The Dealership’s People”, meaning customer service across American Subaru dealerships are reflected as brightly as our customer’s satisfied smiles! Sentiment gets negatively impacted by long wait times for service, subpar repair quality, and surprises in regards to pricing for servicing, parts and/or total bills.
Reputation used sentiment in conjunction with both visibility and engagement to determine the winner of the Best Reputation in the US Mass-Market for Auto Brands award. Higher scores in visibility and engagement were emphasized more than sentiment, resulting in a higher rank.
