Performance
The Subaru Crosstrek is equipped with a flat 4, 2.5 liter engine that can generate 182 horsepower that enables it to accelerate from zero to sixty in about 8.2 seconds. The GMC Terrain is equipped with a turbo 4, 1.5 liter engine that can generate 170 horsepower with 203 pounds of torque.
The Bottom Line
While the GMC Terrain tries hard, it is no match for the Subaru Crosstrek which has better performance and safety credentials, which makes it the victor.
