I just cannot say enough about this dealership! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a girl at the desk who was so pleasant! I explained my issue, and I was addressed by Norris (who did not sell me my car nor did he deliver it), but he took the time to help me, and even had to contact Subaru for me directly. He was just absolutely professional, kind and it was such a nice experience! Thank you Norris! What a great dealership! I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and their staff!!!!

I have purchased many vehicles in the past but this experience superseded all to date! After years of different used cars, my last car was my very first brand new one. I maintained it for nine years before it was totaled in an accident. That was almost three years ago. I've driven a little since but I get nervous. I've had my fill of public transportation and have spent a fortune on cabs. I qualified for a new car that I couldn't afford so I thanked the sales rep but declined the offer. I was going to settle for a cheap used car. The sales manager learned of this during a follow up call. There was a pre-owned model with the Eyesight feature that fit into my budget in stock. My former insurance company tried to overcharge me. Once again the Competition team came to the rescue. The company they suggested was far more reasonable. I drove home safely in the rain at night. It wasn't bad at all.

Naturally, I spent a few weeks learning and familiarizing myself with an Outback Limited prior to my final purchase of one. The price differences between dealers on LI and Connecticut was substantial. My first impression of another dealership was disappointing. Competition Subaru sales staff however, was different. Start to finish the process went smoothly. My sales consultant Bart was readily available. Their sales manager, Erik, filled in for Bart when he was not there; just like a sales manager should.
